In light of the cancellation of the "Black Trans Lives Matter - BLM Pride Protest," we will march in the "Pride Without Prejudice" March, and we urge EVERYONE to join us there. We are at a crossroads. A beautiful uprising for justice has shaken this country in ways not seen in decades. It's on all of us to strengthen, defend & expand it, in the interests of humanity.

We are living under a white supremacist, anti-LGBTQ, fascist regime that pursues ethnic cleansing against immigrants and is literally a threat to Black lives, trans lives, civil rights and the planet itself. Once again during his KKKampaign speech in Tulsa last week, Trump called out his "Second Amendment" followers to deal with the beautiful uprising that has put his regime on the defensive for the first time in 3 years. And in the face of a setback at the Supreme Court last week, he still vows to do away with the DACA program. Every struggle for justice is at serious risk as long as this fascist regime holds power, and if they are allowed to consolidate their grip, every struggle for justice will be set back decades.

Now is the time for everyone struggling for justice to come together and add the unifying demand: Trump & Pence #OutNOW! We can't wait for November, as Sarah Rourke of the RefuseFascism.org Editorial Board so cogently argues. Only people power can remove a fascist regime. To do that, we must keep our eye on the prize and not "allow ruling forces, or any forces, to divide us and pit us against each other," as Refuse Fascism stated three years ago. All of us must reach out broadly to UNITE ALL WHO CAN BE UNITED around our one mission: to drive out this fascist regime, in the name of humanity. These are the times that have brought regimes down in country after country. Let's come together to do that here!

We have an opportunity and a responsibility to bring people together from the Southside, Northside, Westside, and Eastside in downtown Chicago this weekend to make and declare these righteous demands. Bob Avakian leader of the Revolution and architect of the revolutionary new communism recently made this following statement:
To all those who have risen up so powerfully and are demonstrating to say “No More!” after the murder of George Floyd, and all the other cold-blooded murders by police.

To all those who have drawn inspiration from this righteous uprising.

To all those who have had the blinders forced from their eyes and have been provoked to think anew about what kind of country it is that we live in.

This has raised the biggest questions about what is needed for people everywhere to live fully as human beings:

AN END TO INSTITUTIONALIZED RACISM
AND MURDER BY POLICE—NOTHING LESS!

AN END TO ANY WAY PEOPLE ANYWHERE ARE
USED, ABUSED, AND BRUTALIZED—NOTHING LESS!

We need a world without white supremacy and male supremacy—a world where no one is regarded as “alien”—a world without war, where people from all over the globe, with a beautiful flowering of diversity, act together for the common good and are truly caretakers of the earth.

THIS IS NOT JUST A DREAM.

The possibility for this is being powerfully demonstrated in this uprising of the people, of all different races and genders, from all parts of the world—refusing to remain silent or stay passive while all this oppression and brutality goes on.

And we have to give powerful expression to the demand that the fascist tyrant Trump, the fundamentalist fanatic Pence, their whole regime, must be OUT NOW! We'll show clips from the talk by the revolutionary leader Bob Avakian: "The Trump/Pence Regime Must Go: In the Name of Humanity, We REFUSE to Live in a Fascist America. A Better World IS Possible." Join the Refuse Fascism Contingent at Union Park! Justice for George Floyd, NO More Police Murder of Black People, NO Fascist Police State! We must seize the time to demand Trump Pence OUT NOW!

An uprising has begun. Day after day, night after night, coast to coast, the streets fill with Black youth refusing to face another day in fear and people of all backgrounds who have had enough of white supremacy and a culture of soul-crushing cruelty. Millions have been shaken awake.

Trump has thrown down a heavy gauntlet to the people who have been heroically protesting in the face of heightened repression. Yet the people have not cowered. For the first time under this regime, the people have seized the initiative and have not let go. In contrast to the hate and bigotry of the Trump/Pence regime, these protests are infused with a love for humanity, and those in power seem more out of touch and illegitimate by the day.

This fascist regime poses a catastrophic danger to the whole world, and the whole world will take heart if we rise to another level of determined resistance. Let us change the course of history, not for ourselves alone but for all humanity.

This nightmare must end. The Trump/Pence regime must go! In the name of humanity, we refuse to accept a fascist America.
