She was brutally attacked and arrested by the University of Chicago police and charged with battery on police officer. She is also banned from campus.What is being done to immigrants is nothing short of ethnic cleansing. With a fascist regime in power, tearing up what are supposed to be protected civil and legal rights, and ruling through increasingly open terror and violence, this protest was needed and was right.
