The once unthinkable is upon us: someone leaked a draft Supreme Court decision that would overturn Roe v. Wade and throw us at the mercy of the states when it comes to legal abortion access. Thanks to our hard work and dedicated activism, Illinois citizens' reproductive rights are protected - for now. But we must mobilize in support of safe, legal abortion for every American who needs one. Abortion is health care, and health care is a right!
Join local activists on Saturday, May 7 in Federal Plaza to channel your rage and sorrow into concrete action, and to find out what you can do right now to fight back. We will have information to share about NEXT week's rally on May 14 as well!
