Join us Saturday, Oct. 1, 11 am, to brainstorm about popularizing Bob Avakian's just released book THE NEW COMMUNISM

Dear Friends,

We hope you received our emails about the book launch of The New Communism by Bob Avakian. This is your invitation to contribute to making these successful events! The launch in New York City on October 8 will feature readings and commentary by Carl Dix and Cornel West (more information below). There will be TWO venues in Chicago that will livestream this event: the Carter G. Woodson Regional Library on the South Side and our space at 1103 N. Ashland (details below). This will be a great opportunity to introduce more people to Bob Avakian's pathbreaking new book, "written in a way to make even complex theory accessible to a broad audience," as the publisher noted. And the times so urgently demand this theory and a leap in the movement for revolution based on it!

Please join us this Saturday, Oct. 1, at 11 am, to brainstorm about how to bring lots of people to these events and raise funds for them and the new book. There's much to do: outreach, publicity, social media, fund raising, set-up on the day, and more. Meet us at 1103 N. Ashland at 11 am with your ideas and your energy. Read up on the book, the 5 things everyone can do to promote it, and what people are saying about it.
The latest invitation to the two livestream events is below. Please share this, bring friends, and see you Saturday morning!
